The camera supports connection with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or network cable. Please turn off 5GHz Wi-Fi when you connect the camera with the Wi-Fi. Why do I receive false alarms? False alarms are related to the brightness of the environment and weather conditions. You can adjust the detection sensitivity in EZVIZ APP.
Why can't I connect the camera to Alexa? Open the EZVIZ app and go to "Device Settings - Image Encryption", then disable "Image Encryption".
